We recently transitioned our phone service to MetroTech, and also had them migrate our outdated external shared hard-drive to Sharepoint. Both services were handled with professionalism and efficiency. Jake had our phones up and working quickly, and we experience no down time. Donuvin and Dylan were communicative and quick with the Sharepoint transfer; they knew we had a tight deadline and they made it happen! So far we've had wonderful response times when we have questions or need tweaks to either system. Thank you MetroTech!

I was having an emergency with a program that was missing from our server. Dylan from Metrotech called me immediately and walked me through the process of finding the missing program. MetroTech is great. All the staff are friendly and responsive. Eric, the owner is so down to earth and professional. Danaysia always answers the phone and quickly dispatches whatever help we need. Dylan has been our onsite tech, and he is so knowledgeable and yet explained things in simple terms as he swiftly handled our issues.
