We recently transitioned our phone service to MetroTech, and also had them migrate our outdated external shared hard-drive to Sharepoint. Both services were handled with professionalism and efficiency. Jake had our phones up and working quickly, and we experience no down time. Donuvin and Dylan were communicative and quick with the Sharepoint transfer; they knew we had a tight deadline and they made it happen! So far we've had wonderful response times when we have questions or need tweaks to either system. Thank you MetroTech!

I was having an emergency with a program that was missing from our server. Dylan from Metrotech called me immediately and walked me through the process of finding the missing program. He was so patient with me since I am not particularly computer savvy and resolved the issues within a few minutes. I would highly recommend him.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Saved me from a huge black Friday failure. Dylan came in and got my Voice over Ip phones, network, crm and fire wall all back up and running after a week of being down super-fast and was extremely knowledgeable explaining it to me. Thanks again Dylan

MetroTech is great. All the staff are friendly and responsive. Eric, the owner is so down to earth and professional. Danaysia always answers the phone and quickly dispatches whatever help we need. Dylan has been our onsite tech, and he is so knowledgeable and yet explained things in simple terms as he swiftly handled our issues. Javier was helpful and friendly as he was learning the ropes with Dylan. Overall, an awesome team that gets the job done! Highly recommend!

We have worked with MetroTech longer than I can remember and they have always gone above and beyond to keep our remote sites running. Just now, the owner himself came on site to resolve some power issues throughout our network and install failover to a mobile network within an hour of our local crew getting on site themselves. I highly recommend them to anyone in their service area.
